Product Care

Hand wash only using warm water, mild dishwashing liquid and a soft sponge.

Clean the bottle, lid, straw and mouthpiece thoroughly after each use. Use a suitable straw cleaning brush to clean the inside of the straw.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, harsh chemicals and detergents containing chlorine or bromide, as these may damage the finish or internal lining.

Rinse thoroughly and allow all components to dry completely before reassembling or storing.

Do not place in the dishwasher, microwave, oven or freezer.

Avoid dropping or subjecting the bottle to strong impacts, as this may damage the ceramic lining, exterior finish or vacuum insulation.

Ensure the lid and straw are correctly fitted before use.

Do not use with hot beverages through the straw or sipper.

Avoid carbonated beverages and do not store perishable drinks for extended periods.

Regularly inspect the bottle, lid and straw for signs of damage. Discontinue use if the ceramic lining is cracked, chipped or damaged
