Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During busy periods (like promotions or holiday seasons), processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Shipping Times & Estimates
Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary based on your location:

Metro areas: 2–5 business days

Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Remote areas: 5–10 business days
All orders are sent via reputable Australian carriers (e.g. Australia Post, Sendle, or similar). You'll receive tracking info once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and destination of your order.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 AUD.
Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup.
Delivery Issues & Delays
Once an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. While we do our best to get your order to you on time, Wildflower Coffee Co is not liable for delays caused by postal services, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@wildflowercoffee.com.au and we’ll investigate it with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it — but additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged Parcels or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please email hello@wildflowercoffee.com.au within 14 days of delivery.
We may request photo or video evidence to help us resolve the issue quickly.
